Stayed here with my family members and overall thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. Its location was incredible, 10 minutes drive from a long-standing tower...

In general, it's perfect place for staying in Edinburgh. Fantastic location for Edinburgh, it's close enough to a beautiful area of Edinburgh, The Royal Mile, New Town, shops and restaurants, and shops, food and drink in New town. I liked the place.

My recent stay at Royal Bolthole was perfect! The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with super comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and a modern kitchen with a dining area. The location was also ideal - a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the bustling center. The personal touches, like fresh milk in the fridge and shortbread on the side, made the experience even more good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It beats other apartments in the area in terms of finish and comfort. The host was easily reachable and even arranged my midnight arrival. The flat is huge, with comfy beds, nice bathrooms, a modern kitchen with dining area, and a spacious living room. It's in a quiet street but just a short walk from the busy center. it was perfect for our group of 4.

Stayed at this place for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. Jo took great care of all of us, making sure everything was just right 👌. The venue is situated in a peaceful neighborhood with a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The property is stunningly finished with a luxurious feel, perfect for someone who appreciates high standards. the master bedroom is incredible, showcasing thought and love in its design.

This place had it all: free WiFi, a short walk to the Playhouse, and close to the train station. I felt like a modern-day explorer navigating through this urban jungle.

The communication with the host was lacking, causing issues with heating and a noisy toilet.

royal terrace and the surrounding area is the most beautiful setting, exceeding my expectations. the property is of high standard with thoughtful decor and a stunning master bedroom. the host was easily contactable and even arranged a smooth check-in for my midnight arrival.

Heating was not sorted and the toilet ran water all night, affecting our sleep.

The main toilet was not flushing from the moment we arrived and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to address the issue. Sharing one ensuite between three adults was inconvenient, especially during the night.
